What would you prefer--yellow spandex?
Party last night was pretty rockin'. Got to meet lots of people I've been hearing about for a while, namely Fluffy, Mink, Rachel, Susanna, and Abby. I participated in a game of shot glass chess. The teams were coincidently divided into current and former couples (Pete, Michael, and Kris against Sarah, me, and Steve). My team won and I'd downed seven shots by the end of the game. We got a little distracted in the middle because Lucky decided to start a game of strip Twister. While it was a very high school activity, boobs are still more interesting than alcohol.

The other event of note was the encounter with the law. Michael was followed by an obscenely large crowd of people to a local park to set off fire works. After a little while Michael moved to another location and most of us returned to the Pink Stucco, as we were mostly under-aged and wasted. However, Eric, Kris, Lucky, and Celeste followed him. Soon they saw a police car and bolted in different directions. Luckily the cops were just driving by and didn't even notice them. It was not entirely uneventful, however, as the fence Michael chose to climb wasn't very sturdy and fell on top of him, ripping a huge hole in his pants.

On an unrelated note, I finally finished cleaning all of the pages for my second comic book! Huzzah! Now I just need to do the lay-out and then we can print out a prototype. After that we can print out the real thing, bind and trim them, and then start selling them! Yeah! I couldn't start working on the lay-out yet because Michael was having his parents over for dinner, so I'm going to head back there later tonight.

I'm also in a good mood because the first X-Men movie is on TV. Did you know that the actress who plays Jean Grey once played a telepath who Patrick Stuwart tried to help on Star Trek: TNG? I thought that was pretty great.

I'm probably one of very few who would disagree with that. :P

Tell me more about "very high school."

I dunno, I guess it's just the sort of thing that my group of friends and I would have found more interesting in high school. Seems kind of ridiculous now, although defitely amusing as a spectator.

Hah! I remember the episode, didn't know that. On a related note, I recently found out that the girl who plays Rogue was in "The Piano".
